i guess my question is how to use ebay?
i want to sell using ebay
i know that ebay account has to be created, which i have done.
i also have to create sellers account if i want to sell anything, which i also have created by providing credit card number and check routing and account number.
so can i start selling now, or do i need to create paypal account.
i would appreciate any help

Yes, you can start selling now.  Paypal is a way to receive payments, which you may want to get, but it's not fundamental to selling.  

I suggest you go to the Ebay site map and read every link in the left hand column. yeah, theres a lot there, but that's because there's a lot there.
