Question
I'm from the UK, so maybe the PC market here is different.

However, I want to ask what is the difference between space-saving PC and all-in-one PC. It seems to me that the two terms have the same meaning.

thank you.

Answer
More or less the terms could be viewed as inter-changeable, I would say. However, in modern parlance, there really isn't a difference between an all-in-one, a portable, a desktop, and a microcomputer, at least in terms of the hardware installed, aside from the physical enclosure (in the 1980's these differences would extend to available operating systems, processors, etc).

The "space-saving" term is likely a newer advertisement label, whereas the "all-in-one" term refers to a system that has a monitor built into the enclosure in some form.

I would compare the hardware specifications of the units, if you've got two models in comparison, what kind of processor, display, available memory, etc.

If you have further questions, feel free to ask.

I have nearly two decades of experience in IT, computer repair, and related fields and will attempt to provide the most solid, brand-agnostic advice when it comes time to purchase a new computer, or upgrade an existing machine. I can answer anything from the seemingly basic to the downright complicated - and will do my best to provide this information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

I have been an enthusiast of PC's for many years, and can answer questions about the purchase/use of a new computer or the purchase, installation, and use of upgrades for existing computers. There probably isn't a whole lot related to the home computer that I haven't seen over the years.
