My husband is looking into buying a laptop, he will be using it while traveling for internet and scanning documents to email utilizing a printer.  We really like Dell, what recommendations would you have when choosing laptop?  What type of built-in wireless networking card would we need?

My favorite bangs for the buck' are Lenovo #IBM# and Toshiba - and you can get either for $399 or less at Amazon or Newegg.com #watch the specials#.  

All laptops come with built-in wireless Internet these days so don't worry about a card..

I've got nothing against Dell - but they are a little pricey and over-rated.  If you want the best laptop on the market though, get a Sony.
