guys at wits end, buying from catalouge with asmall budget of 699 pound, so im limited, ignoring companies such as via, iqon, who i know nothing about im left with 3 choices, could you help please,
these laptops meet my price and are................
hp 15.4" amd turion laptop, 2x 512mb ram, 100gb hdd dvb tuner, wifi
£699.00
2nd..............................................
hp 15.4" amd sempron laptop, 512mb ram 60gb hdd wifi

3rdly..........................................
satellite A100-259" wireless laptop
£669.00 .............................

i ordered the satellite a100-259 then cancelled because i found no real knowledge only budget budget ,then im hearing the amd turion 64 is not fully supported driver wise and game wise,
sorry for long question, be brutally honest lol thx

I'm thinking the first hp should be alright, but I don't have a lot of experience with the AMD Turion64 (it should be entirely compatable with most all applications). If you're questioning VIA Technologies, it's a highly respected and high quality firm based out of Taiwan, that produces not only computers, but processors and other components for mainboards. Although I do think the Turion would be acceptable.
