 We can program any type of hardware using C  , but i don't know what specific hardware you going to program or seeking resources in NET, There are lot of resources available in NET    I cant recommend you any web page or resources in net until i come to know what specific hardware you going to program or lookin for!
I kindly request you to provide me some information over this
