C++/introduction to c++ programming

I am using microsoft visio studio 6.0 wins32console application. I am trying to answer the question correctly and trying to get my programs to run with no errors.  In this exercise, you will create a program that displays the sum of the monthly sales amounts made in four regions: North, South, East, and West.
a. write one or more IPO charts for the problem.  Use a while loop to allow the user to enter each of the four sales amounts, one at a time.
b. create a console application.  Name the project workspace TI0AppE02, and save it in the Cpp\Tut10 folder on your computer's hard disk. Add a new C++Source file to the project. Name the source file T10AppE02.
C.  Use the IPO charts you completed in Step a to code the program.
d.  Complete a desk-check table for the program, using 2000, 3000, 2500, and 1500 as the first set of data, and 39000,45000, 25000, and 56000 as the second set of data.
e. Save, build, aned execute the program again. Use the second set of data from Step d to test the program.
f. When the program is working correctly, hide the Output window, then use the File menu to close the workspace.
end of question.
please start answering the question by using
#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
