Question
I like to know how to restrict mouse pointer in the screen out side a rectangle in C language.Also how to restrict the mouse pointer inside and outside of the circle.
Actually graphics (or window programming) is not part of C.
The reason is, each system comes with its own windows driver and there are many windowing systems around.
So, you will have to study the particular windowing system that you are working on.
