  Please send me, a 'C' language program for getting an excel sheet which as some data.

My time is limited so i cant develop a new software for you yet its my duty to help you !

  If you are a TURBO C++ User u will get a complete spread sheet program along with your compiler which includes "COMPLETE SOURCE CODE" so you can make use of that!

how and where to get the program ?

its simple just search your C++ folder you may get yet another   folder called "TCALC" in that folder you can get the complete sourcecode for a spread sheet program and also documentation for the same !
