And how can i build/creat a C compiler program?
Can I with an existent compiler?
How easy is it?

Lots and lots of websites providing free C/C++ compiler

eg : visit www.programmersheaven.com, www.freebyte.com
or simply type "free c/c++ compiler " in google  , you may get thousands of sites regrading that!

2. Yes ! Its possible to develop a barnd new C compiler using the existing C compiler but it expects months  , years of hardwork.

1. Should be a expert C programmer & should have little knowlwdge in assembly language  , hardware internals.
2. Should have the capability to develope stand alone library functions .
3. Should have clear knowledge about the platform ( ie either 16 / 32 Bit envirnment )
