Yes Mr. Narendra, u r right, I m looking 4 documentation, becuase I can not take the documentation frm my company and its too long to submit. thats why I m searching 4 documentation then I can modify the codes according to the documentation. Otherwise I need to prepare all this thing in very short time.

I feel very sorry for you.
You are a graduate student doing final year.
You should be enthusiastic to do everything yourself.
If you borrow the project from somebody else, how will it help you?
Yes, it might help you today in getting the degree.
But, tomorrow you will find it difficult to enter the industry and build your career. That needs a real experience.

So, my sincere advice to you is to do everything yourself and gain some knowledge/experience.

If you find any difficulty in programming or finding some problem during compilation or debugging, I will help you whole-heartedly.

This is your first statement:

Now you are telling that:

Are you looking for project or documentation!?
I thought, you are looking for some project for your final MCA!

But, you are telling that, you need documentation only.
Without knowing the project, how can anybody give you documentation! As you have done the project, you will be the best person to do it.

Yes, you have to do it. 70% of the work a software engineer does is documentation! You cannot escape from it...
Since this is part of your project, it is good to do it, so that you can learn that part also. It will be useful after you join the industry.

So, that means you already have the documentation. But, it is lengthy!
Then, cut it short. Take only those portions that is a must and use it.
Important parts are Requirement Specification, design, test plan and specification and test report.
