Writing code is the last part and that is very easy.
But, what about the algorithm (steps), which is the first and most important part?
For this you don't need to know any programming language.
So, have written down the steps (in plain English) to solve this problem?
Without doing that, you cannot move to next steps.

So, first write down the steps in English and post it here.
Then I will tell you what to do next.
