Dear Hosnieh,
I am new to c#. Right now i would like to create a bilingual dictionary as my project. I would like some advices on how to set it up. what should i use to create this dictionary or store data.

Hello,
the best option for creating a dictionary is database, of course you can save words in files too but searching them is not easy.
you can use even access database or sql not different it depends on your own software which available for you
your tables can be as follow  (the paranthesis for Ms access)
Languages table
field1 : ID   int (numeric)
field2: lan   varchar(50)  (text)

word table
field1: word  varchar(100)  (text)
field2: lanIDsource  int (numeric)  language which your word is in that (source language)
field2: lanIDtarget int (nemeric)
field3: word definition varchar(500) (memo) (in target language)
field4: ID  bigint  (numeric-long)

now you need some forms
1- form to add languages  (it can me multilanguage too) (insert or update your db)
2- form to add word and definitions (insert or update to db)
3- form to search words by using target and source language  (select from your db)
