Dear Srini

We observe that there are experts in Web Designing Software viz. Adobe Photo shop, Flash, Action scripting,  Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Paintshop Pro,Corel Draw, Page maker, Cascading Stylesheet(css) etc

We observe that there are experts in Web Development/Programming  Software viz. HTML,DHTML, XML, Java, ASP.NET, Perl, CGI Scripting, C#, Ajax, WPF, WCF, Javascript, Sql, Pl/Sql etc

But we find very few experts who know both Web Designing as well as Web Programming i.e Design as well as code/program Web Sites.

What could be the reasons attributing to this ?

i.e Interest, Creativity,  Logic, Analytical etc ?

Hi Prashant,

few reasons.

1. Sometime back normally the design was no design based programming required.. everything was simple <TABLE> and few fonts things like that..  so the programmer who works on can make change

2.  nowadays all the programming language each got different layer, programmer who program don't need to spend time on design part, when designer design the site he re-orgranize things

3. all the designing software are got it's own programming language like flash, CSS etc..  programmer who work on back-end don't want to spend time learning new stuff..

all these are major impact finding people with both knowledge.
