Question
Hi people i was doing some work on CAD/CAM and i wanted to know the advantages and disadvantages about it? so please help me   thank     mariam...

Answer
Hello Meriam, the main comparison between the 2 is that CAM is the manufacturing end & the depedent system since its primary function is to generate the tool path (CNC) from the geometries/surfaces designed in CAD. It's 2 separate systems working together, however you can also generate/edit models in CAM...but with limitations. Hope this helps!
