Question
i plot a figure with many points(i can get their coordinates) but i want to count them.how can i plot numbers beside each points and write results as a matrix in a txt file.

Answer
I'm not following what you want to do exactly. If you plot points on a figure, then you can count them programmatically without using the plot properties e.g. if you have them on a matrix just take the size of it.

Writing points in a text file is called "exporting". See the "save" command. What you want is "save name_of_variable -ascii"
