CAD/choice of subject

Question
I was planning to enhance my skills of Engineering Drawing. Please tell me is it beneficial to practise more and more Engineering Drawing altough Autocad is also available? Or shall I stick to Autocad only?

Answer
Computer graphics is a primary medium but Rules remain Rules- sad prof James H Earle.

So What I mean more important is Engineering Drawing than graphics software because you are
drawing not AutoCAD or any other  software.
AutoCAD is generally for 2D and I recommended to read and study parallel way  Engineering Drawing
and programs about  your field engineering.I mean practice your idea with this software.
