Subject: AutoCad conversion problem

Question
I have two 3D files, exported from AutoCad 2004, from two different computers, both using the same version of AutoCad. The files were exported as (ACIS).SAT files. When I import them into my CadCam software, one comes in perfectly, but the other one comes in as if it were a metric file, and my system automatically converts it to English. Consequently, the part is 1/25th the size it should be. As I said, both these files were exported from the same AutoCad 2004, but from two different computers. Obviously, the AutoCad export settings in one computer are different from the other one. My problem is, I'm not that familiar with AutoCad, and I can't find where the difference is. I even had another person running AutoCad 2004 try the same thing, and I got the same incorrect result as before. Somehow I need to correct these settings differences, so that I get a correct export from all of these computers. Hopefully you can tell me where to look.     Thank you

Answer
Mike,

Once you do the saveas or export, If i remember this right, just right before you click on the save or export button, there's also an option on the top right corner of that dialog box (Select Tools/Options). Check accurracy, etc & ensure settings are the same to both PC's.
