CAD/Convert CAD dwg to Visio

Question
My client want me to format CAD dwg to visio file. I don't have Visio software. How can I convert CAD dwg. to Visio .vsd? or can he import CAD dwg.to vsd. with his Visio program?
Your client is able to view DXF files thru Visio. Simply export your Autocad dwg to a DXF file using the 'dxfout' command (also under File/Export to AutoCAD/). Preferably, use 2000 DXF format to eliminate any incompatibility issues. Hope this helps, let me know!
