CAD/Translating AutoCAD LT 98 Drawings to Unigraphics

Question
J. B. Borge:

I am currently using AutoCAD LT 98 (I know; dinosaurville), and I am doing drawings that need to be viewed and copied by someone who uses Unigraphics.  Apparently the Unigraphics user is able, through whatever method he is using, to view the graphics of my drawings, but the dimensions and  text are distorted and scambled.
Do you have any suggestions, please?

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Gary Skinner

Answer
Hi Gary, have you already tried exporting your native autocad drawing in DXF format (Rel. 12 if possible) & sending that instead?

You can also try using Autodesk's True Convert & convert the drawing to a newer format:

Hope this works, let me know!
