Question
can you please explain the basic cpr process to me? do you know of any free cpr classes?

Answer
Hi Lindsey,

The best place to check for free or low cost CPR training would be with your local fire or rescue department.  Usually that is where you would find something like that.

As far as a basic outline of CPR, the Mayo Clinic has one that is thorough yet concise.  It can be found here:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/first-aid-cpr/FA00061

No sense in retyping it ;-)!

Hope this helps!
Stephen
