Cabinets, Furniture, Woodworks/Can't pull drawer out!

Question
Hi, I just bought a side board from West Elm and put it together. Everything went fine, till the last piece: the drawer!  I put it in and noticed it was tilted. It turns out it's defected and the two rails are not leveled right. West Elm is sending a replacement drawer as we speak.  The problem is: I can't get this drawer out to put the new one in!!!

I did put the rails in correctly. The drawer cannot be tilted up, and I can't see any buttons on the rails. Any idea of how I can take it out??

Thanks for any help!

Answer
Frank,

Need more information to help you, can you give me more info, or possibly a picture? What sort of drawer slide- metal, wooden, side mount, bottom mount? Ball bearing or single roller slide? Can you see any writing on it at all, like a brand name?

If you want, send a picture to my personal e-mail account and I'll try to help you out. Write me at: jamie@wooditis.com.
