Hi,

Do you know of any manufacturers that make a couch with spring inserts in the cushions?  Or a store in the SF Bay Area that would carry couches with Spring cushion inserts?

Hi,  spring cushions are rarely made any longer in new furniture, so unfortunately I can't give you the name of a specific manufacturer that still makes furniture with spring cushions.  

However, you can take existing cushions to Cushion Works on 17th Street in San Francisco - and ask them to refill the cushions for you using spring cushions.  Any custom upholstery shop such as Van Galen Upholstery 2150 Union Street can make spring cushions for you.  Richard Andronico Upholstery in S.F. should be able to do so as well.
