Question
Hey Jamie,
I'm currently combing the Internet for images on artistic/ custom picture frames. I have a huge amount of enthusiasm to fabricate one but the creative juices just aren't flowing. I've been surfing this topic out on every search engine i know and coming up trumps.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Cheers
Simon

Answer
Simon,

If you're looking to be inspired by some artsy picture frames, I have a few sites for you to check out. Most of these sites are for artists to sell their work; I would look at each site and search for frames. I think you'll be astounded.

Check out:

www.etsy.com
www.guild.com
http://www.lov.li
www.stylehive.com

Also. check out www.furnituresociety.org and do a member search. Each member can post a link to their own website, and there are some amazing woodworkers there that make frames. You may have to so a little bit of searching, but it will be worth it.

Good luck, hope this helps. Guild.com is where I would start, then go to Etsy. Both are good artist sites.
