QUESTION: Hi,

Where can you buy replacement couch cushions that have spring inserts wrapped in foam?  My old couch has this type of cushion insert which I prefer to just the foam inserts.

QUESTION: You recommend med firm with HR foam for replacements in a lot of your answers.  What pound foam is medium firm and firm foam (ie., 1.8lb = Medium Firm?).

H.R. stands for high resilience,  which is a superior quality.  Available from Foamorder.com   the # for foam varies by manufacturer and type of foam.  It is better to simply state medium density H.R. foam rather than the lbs. density which only indicates the weight and is not a good guide to determine the density or quality.

For example, an inexpensive extra firm foam will weigh less than a high quality soft.
