Question I have an antique dresser that doesn't appear to have any drawer slides or guides. There is not even a guide in the middle. The drawers are very hard to close because they tend to go in crooked. Is there a solution to this. Thanks.
Answer Hi Debby, The simpliest solution to your problem just happens to be the cheapest and easiest. Go grab a bar of bathroom soap and rub it along all the side edges and back edges and see if that doesn't do the trick for you. You can also use beeswax or a beeswax candle. Either method will do no harm to your antique. Thanks for the question and good luck with your project.
