Question Kirk,
I recently moved and I think my 3year old pottery barn dresser got warped somehow in the process. The drawers, which used to pull in and out smoothly, now come off their runners when I extend the drawers fully. It appears that the frame is now too wide for the drawers; when you get one side of the drawer in the runner, it can barely reach the other side. I cant figure out where the frame got warped, but this is very frustrating, as it is a nice new piece of furniture. Also, I live in the Boston area, do you do home repairs?
Thanks!
Answer Since you live in the Boston area I recommend you contact my repairman. He can come right out to your home and look at it for you, and he is very reasonable with pricing. It sounds like something I have heard of before, so I wouldn't panic, I think John will know what to do.
