Question
I have a 25 year old bedroom set that needs a good cleaning. The finish is fine, but I don't know what to use to clean it. Any suggestions?

Answer
You should be able to find an oil/conditioner that is specific to oak. This will be very good for bringing it all back to life. I would recommend also using a very fine steel wool (triple zero) if you have any build up that you need to remove from any surface. Use it very gently and apply the oil after any areas you used the steel wool. I'm not sure where you are from, but there is a great product out of Vermont called "Scand-oil" which we use here.

Hope this helps.
