Question
I have a new rocker recliner that the left side dual spring coil that controls the rocking motion has snapped.  The springs look similar to the normal style that had the six screw holes to attach but instead it has 4 bolts that attach it to the metal frame.  It has "nosag" inscribed on the springs itself but can't find anything that matches.  Does anyone know where I can order them. I've googled everything I can but the only replacement springs I can find are the other style.

Hey Bill...you say this is a new chair...why not go back to the dealer that sold it to you? This should not have snapped on a new chair.I have tried on several occasions to find just springs like these for other rocker/recliners to no avail.Best of luck....regards- Greg
