Question
who is knowledgeable about stripping and bleaching hardwood floors and doors. I am an interior designer and am working on a project in New Canaan. It's an old house and I want to maintain the integrity of the house but update it.

Hi Marcia, I can't recommend anyone to you, as I am not familiar with that area. I would talk with some local General Contractors for a recommendation, or start making some phone calls using the Yellow pages....anyone worth their salt will have references and pictures of previous work, and I would mention that your working on an older home and your expectations right up front. All of these contacts should offer free estimates, and I would get several, which will allow you to glean a lot of information. Regards- Greg
