Question
i bought a coffee table that is a nutmeg finish color and the top opens to be like for eating and the top has slate on it, im looking to buy a entertainment console and they don't have the color nutmeg but i found the color solid oak and i want to know if it would match.thanks.
From what I can tell, the nutmeg is more of a brownish stain with a warm look. The natural oak will look much lighter than the nutmeg. Walnut is starting to become pretty popular and I think that it would match better. Last resort you could try Mahogany, or a Mahogany like stain.
