QUESTION: I recently bought a parlor set and the previous owner didn't know anything about it.  It has lions heads up by the shoulders.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

ANSWER: Hey Troy, how about a closep of the lions heads? Typically we don't do appraisals here, especially in this market...........

Answer
Interesting looking set,They don't look like Walnut or Mahogany, and to me they look around 60 years old.... but I'm afraid i really can't help with value. You'd be much farther ahead to seek the advice of an Antique or Consignment shop. Pretend you're interested in Consigning the items, and you're trying to establish a value and info regarding the set, and I'm sure they will offer a lot of information to you, and their opinion of the origins, age, value, etc.....regards- Greg
