Question
Hi Greg--You answered a post in 2009 regarding repair of tambour/slatted doors for a kitchen appliance garage. My original door does not use canvas backing but it appears to be more like a paper backing. Is this "contact paper"? If not what paper like durable material besides canvas do you suggest? Thank you.
Hi Woody, I have never encountered one with a paper like backing...is this a "name" kitchen from a major manufacturer?...Perhaps they can be of more assistance? I suppose there are mass produced tambours with modern backing....but I'm not sure what material to recommend....post back- regards- Greg
