Cabinets, Furniture, Woodworks/Pickled Oak Cabinets

Question
Greg, I had received pickled oak cabinets (builders grade) from a relative and do not have enough to complete my kitchen.  I have searched high & low only to find out these pickled oak cabinets have been discontinued.  Is there anyway to find these cabinets somewhere?  Need just a few to fill in

Answer
Hi Kathy...I'm afraid it would be almost impossible to find an exact match anyway...one makers 'pickled Oak' will be different from another's...a skilled finisher could likely match them, but there are so many cabinet makers and so many subtle differences in tooling and molding details and profiles from one cabinet style to another, there isn't an easy solution. Your best bet would be to find a kitchen cabinet shop willing to match your existing ones....cabinets and cabinet finishes can be quite different from one another...once closely compared....and to be able to get a perfect, (or even good) match is a tall order.......post back if need be- regards- Greg
