Hi Greg,
A customer put a hot pot on a cork place mat and left a huge white ring in/on the finish.
What would you do?

Hi Lorne, I would try a "blush eraser", which is a combination of solvents in an aerosol form...likely it's a lacquer finish, and that would work....resist the urge to try gimmicks, (mayonaise, Olive oil, etc...). It's pretty strong stuff so you'll need to do it outside on a nice, warm, non breezy day if possible...or in another area that is suitable...find it here among other places....(890-086)
