Cabinets, Furniture, Woodworks/Foggy Sidelight Windows

Question
Dear David,
My house was built in 1990.  There is a sidelight on one side of the front door.  It looks like three panes of glass but actually it is one piece of double insulated glass with a plastic molding on both sides of it to make it look like individual panes.
The glass has moisture on the inside and is fogged up.  There are screws on the inside molding piece.  When I unscrewed them the inner molding came off and with a shove the glass and outside molding will pop off.
My question is where can I go to buy a replacement window and molding for this sidelight?  I don't know the brand, but every house in our subdivision seems to have this type of sidelight window.  Can you steer me to a place where I can buy a replacement.  The size of the glass and molding is 38 inches by 10 inches.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

Answer
Almost any glass shop or glass company can order, or make this for you.  Now that doesnt mean they will.   Some will probably tell you they on make what they sell, or will only sell "installed" glass.  Keep shopping till you find the one that will order it for you.  As you could see, not a big deal to replace.
