Question
Does anyone answer questions about furniture repair? You clearly state you don't. I don't see anyone listed that does. I simply want to know if there is a way to repair the corner of a table myself. Like a brass cap I can put on or something simple.

Answer
Calm down, Greg!

The reason why I generally don't answer repair questions is because 1) it's not my area of expertise and 2) I'd rather build a new table, than have to repair one. That's the plain truth. But... OK, you caught my attention. Write back to me and describe the table and it's defect, and I'll try to help. I need to know if it's solid wood or veneered, and what's exactly wrong with it. Like if the dog chewed it, or if it fell down a flight a steps.

Please be descriptive and I'll try to help.  Now... aren't you just a little embarrassed that you threw such a hissy?  :)

"Talk" to you soon.....
