Cabinets, Furniture, Woodworks/office chair question

Question
I'm about to engage in my first reupholstery project.  It's an office chair.  I've managed to remove the arms & seat cushion (8 screws), but am having difficulty removing the back.  It appears that there is no place to "unscrew" it.  Any chance that I would have to disassemble to back (i.e., remove the fabric, etc.) prior to removing it from the frame?  If so, any suggestions on how to start this part of the process?  Help would be greatly appreciated!

Answer
Hi,  You are not clear what you are trying to remove the back from, but it's either from the seat or from the arms,  either way you most likely have to remove the outside back material (back of the back) and then you should see the screws that you are trying to open.  There should be a layer of padding underneith the fabric,  under that either cardboard or burlap.  Once those are all removed you should see the screws.

I hope this helps.
