Cactus/Hanging Jade Plant

Question
I have a Hanging Jade that I purchased last summer. It is in two pieces. One piece is nice, firm, and healthy looking. The other piece has no roots,an is mushy on the leaves. Can this plant be saved? I appreciate any help.

Thanks, in advance
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Answer
Vee,

Very sorry for taking so long to get back to you (forgot to set my vacation notice). Remove the mushy one and discard, it can not be salvaged. Check the soil for any signs of fungus. If there is, treat with a fungicide (which should be available at any nursery center). Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Greg
