Cactus/Giant Yucca

Question
Iave two Giant Yuccas in pots in doors. I've had then for nearly two years in their original pots. They have black spots on the leaves (like freckles)and one of the plants leaves keep turning yellow and dying. They are placed infront of a large window and they get good light. I water them once a month. What am I doing wrong? Should I repot?
Do you have a picture? An have you recently unpotted your plants? Do you get a lot of rain, cold? All would be helpful to me to give you my best answer. How big are the pots in relation to the plants?

I can answer questions regarding the care and propagation of cactus and succulents and would actually group these together as folks often mistake one for the other and often their care is quite different. I also have a cold hardy cactus and succulent garden that has been quite successful. The subject in regard to classification of type is enormous and I wouldn't be able to answer all questions by any means. It is really IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE A PHOTO if at all possible and LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU ARE FROM, especially in terms of climate.
