Can the health of Pelecyphora aselliformis be enhanced by growing it in a CO2 enriched chamber providing there is sufficient lighting and liquid nutrients?

I am not sure about that, however most cacti only transpire at night. If you are having problems with your plant(s), you might try grafting it to a stronger plant.

Unfortunately, some cacti just don't do well away from their natural habitat. Hope this helps.
