Cactus/Identification of cactus (or succulent?)

Question
Hi!

I have a cactus (or some other succulent) that I am having trouble identifying; I'd love to know what it is so I know how to take care of it (sunlight, temperature, feeding, watering).  I have pictures posted at

http://photos.yahoo.com/jkohl25

When I bought the plant, it had a tall, thin woody-looking stem, with a small flower at the tip, growing up between two of the leaves.  Also, when the sun is shining down on it, the top surface of each leaf(?) is translucent - you can see right down into the leaf, as if the inside were some sort of gel.

What do you think it is?

Thanks,
Jen

Answer
Dear Jen,

I appologize for the delay. I have had a tough time finding your plant. I still can't find an exact match, however I believe it is in the Aizoaceae family.

Here is a link to a website that might help.

Also, you may want to contact the folks at this website: http://cactus-mall.com/grigsby/succulents.html

I believe I once saw your plant on the cover of their catalog. I'm sorry I could not have been of more help. You have a gorgeous specimen, take good care of it!

Sincerely,

Greg
