Question
My 3ft tall Jade plant froze and a couple of new leafs have been coming out, but I already cut all the dead off and it seems to be very rootbound -- oh gosh -- where should I go from here?

Answer
Kirby,

Don't worry about transplanting it now. Let it recover from the freezing first. You'll want to make sure it does not get exposed to frost again, at least this year. One of the benefits of leaving the dead parts on the plant for a few months is to protect the parts that are still alive.

If you decide to repot the plant, wait until there is no more chance of frost, April would work well. Hope this helps,

Sincerely,

Greg
