Question
Hi Greg,
I have an alow dichotoma that I need to repot.  Is it ok to bury his trunk a bit deeper than it is currently so that he is not so tall?
Thanks for your advice.

Answer
Noelle,

I apologize for the delay in answering you, I have been having computer issues. You can, but I would not recommend it. Aloe dichotoma is very sensitive to over watering and having the soil too deep may cause the roots to be too wet for too long. If you do, use pea gravel or some kind of rock rather than dirt and cut your watering schedule back. Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Greg
