Just outside my property fence is a 20 foot Suguaro Cactus.  It was put there in 1994 by my HOA and is now tilted to about 15 degrees to the west and held in place by a 2x4 that the landscapers put against it about 1 year ago...is there a better solution?  Is there someone who can help save the cactus?

If you are in the Phoenix, AZ area, you can call Arizona Cactus Sales in Chandler. They can replant it as long as it is still healthy. If your not in AZ, try calling a local botanical garden and I am sure they will have someone they can refer.
