hey
i am doing this experiment on the effect of light on the rate of transpiration of a cactus and a rose bush, but i cant find a useful procedure of how i can do my experiment on them anywhere. can you help me please? its due in tomorw :(:(:(:(:(

Answer
Dear Farrah,

Sorry, I don't know a way to measure that unless enclose both plants seperately inside an air tight enclosures and measure the humidity levels over time. However, cacti generally speaking save transpiration until night time, when the sun is down and they won't lose excess moisture. Good luck.

Sincerely,

Greg
