my euphorbia lactea is becoming soft and falling dowen.

Unfortunately, that means it has rotted either because of very cold temperatures or too much water. Euphorbias are very sensitive to over watering and should only be watered when the soil is dry. They should also be protected from temperatures below 32 degrees. Hope this helps.
