Cactus/what will happen now?

Question
I cut the top off of the cactus, will it grow again? Also, my sister said to put wax on the top, (to retain the moisture or something) Is that true? Or is there something else I need to do? Thanks so much!

No, no wax. Cactus heal very well without any special treatment. It will branch out from just below the cut. Otherwise, there is nothing special you need to do. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Hope this helps.
