Question
I have heard of Nopal, and cactus gradifolius being eaten for medicinal value.  Do you know of any other cactus being used medicinally?  As a heart tonic?

This is really out of my area of expertise. But most cacti used "medicinally" are really used as hallucinogens. However, if you are looking for something natural, that is good for your heart, do some research on cayenne pepper, and also alcohol. Hope this helps.
