Question
I have 2 echeveria gibbiflora carunculata's and if I move them away from the window they will fall over and break. 2ft tall and thin middle of stem. big leaves and flowering. Can I just cut down and start over?

Answer
Dear Craig,

I do not know too much about this plant, however after some research I found this webpage that addresses your question:

http://www.echeveria.freeserve.co.uk/leslies_succulents03e.htm

I looks based on this information that you can cut it back. Take a look. Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Greg
