Question
Hi Greg!  I have what looks like an aloe vera plant it is about 18 in high or a little more.
Yesterday the wind knocked it over in my window and now one half is broke! It broke from the very bottom, looks like it may be hanging on by one root. One piece of a root. I need help quik! Thanks in advance if you can help. What should I do with it now?
        Thanks JM

Answer
Dear Joyce,

If the stem is broken, there isn't much that can be done. If the leaves are broken, then the plant will be fine, it just won't look pretty for a while. You can try replanting, but it will take time to re-root. If you can, send me a photo of the damage to greg8365@hotmail.com and I'll have a better idea of what the damage is. Thanks!

Sincerely,

Greg
